What happens after you send this
- You send it. I receive your enquiry and read it myself. You will be dealing directly with the person doing the work.
- I reply within one working day. You get an automatic confirmation the moment you send, then a reply from me, not a template. If I need more to answer properly, I will ask one or two questions rather than book a discovery call.
- You get a straight answer. What I would build or change first, what it would cost, and whether a growth block is worth it yet. Including when the honest answer is that it is not.
- Only then, a conversation. If it looks like a fit. For local businesses I would usually suggest meeting for the first one — an hour in the business teaches me more than a brief.
