Growth
The website is the start. Growth is the job.
A block of hours each month, spent on whatever will grow the business — SEO, AI optimisation, Google and Meta Ads, conversion work, tracking, social, artwork. No percentage of your ad spend. No minimum term.
Run from Manchester for businesses across Greater Manchester and further afield — the paving firm in Bury, the sweet shop in Rochdale, the bed retailer in Ireland whose organic clicks the case studies show. Digital marketing done by the person who also built the site.
How agencies charge
up to 40%
of your ad spend, to manage your ad spend.
I charge for the hours. Not for your budget.
A percentage of spend rewards the agency for spending more. A block of hours rewards me for making it work — because when it works, you grow, and you need a bigger block. That is the whole incentive, and it points the same way as yours.
What the hours go on
Whatever moves the needle.
Each of these has its own page, but they are not separate services with separate invoices. They are the list the hours get spent on, in whatever mix the month needs.
Work that builds something new rather than tuning what exists — an AI receptionist, an integration into your CRM, an automation that removes a job — sits under AI builds and is quoted from hours instead, because it is a project rather than a monthly.
SEO
Technical, local and content SEO with the results measured in Search Console rather than a slide deck. Beds.ie went from 672 to 7,781 organic clicks a month in five months.

E-commerce SEO
Catalogue structure, product data and shopping feeds — the three things that decide whether a large store is visible. Beds.ie went from 672 to 7,781 organic clicks a month in five months, with 94.5% of a 17,233-item feed approved.

Local SEO
The map pack sits above every other result on a local search, and getting into it is mostly not a website job. This is the work that decides it.

AI optimisation
People increasingly ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity instead of scrolling results. AI optimisation is the work of making your business the answer those systems give — and of being honest about which parts of it can be measured.

Google Ads
Search and Shopping campaigns managed inside your growth block — not for a percentage of your spend. Agencies commonly take 10–20% of what you spend to manage it, and up to 40% on small accounts; the hours cost the same whatever your budget.

Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram campaigns — creative, audiences, tracking and reporting — managed inside your growth block, with artwork done in-house rather than billed separately.

Conversion optimisation
Watching what people actually do on your site and removing whatever stops them getting in touch. Vehicles 2 Lease report form conversion moving from roughly 1% to roughly 4%.

Organic social

Need more than that?
As the business grows you will need more from me — that is the point. Bigger blocks are a conversation about what you are trying to achieve, not a bigger box on a pricing page.

Straight answers
Questions about the blocks.
What exactly goes in the hours?
Anything that will move the needle: SEO, keyword analysis, AI optimisation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, conversion work, tracking, organic social, artwork and design, landing pages, new features. Each month we agree what matters and I get on with it. I will literally do whatever those hours are best spent on.
Why not a percentage of ad spend like other agencies?
Because it rewards the agency for spending more, not for making it work. Some agencies take as much as 40% of your budget to manage it. Managing £2,000 a month well takes roughly the same time as £1,000; a block of hours costs the same whatever the budget.
Is there a minimum contract?
No minimum term. Move up, move down or stop whenever you see fit. If the work is not worth the money you should be able to stop, and if it is working you will want more of it — which is what the bigger blocks are for.
What if I need more than the biggest block?
Then the block gets bigger. As the business grows you will need more from me; some clients are on considerably more than £1,000 a month because their goals need it. It is still one number a month with nothing else on the invoice.
Do I need a Cybrial website to use a growth block?
No, though it helps — I know those sites inside out. Growth work on a site someone else built starts with a technical and tracking audit, which usually pays for itself in the first month.
How do I know what was done?
A plain-English summary every month. From the £750 block you also get the dashboard: raise a ticket, see what is in progress, check how the hours went and read your own numbers.
Not sure which block you need?
Most people are not, at first. Tell me what you are trying to achieve this year and I will tell you honestly which block makes sense — including if the answer is the smallest one.
