What a website costsCybrial is a one-person studio in Manchester. There is no Harrogate office. The town’s measured search data from 4 October 2026 is below.
Harrogate’s economy is conferences and events at the convention centre, tourism and the spa heritage, a notably strong professional and financial services sector for a town of 75,000, high-end independent retail, and a dense private healthcare, dental and aesthetics market. Affluent, service-led and with customers who research before they book.
That last point is the one worth building around. In a market where the customer is comparing three clinics or three firms on their phone before making contact, the site that wins is usually the one that answers the price question honestly and makes the next step obvious, not the one with the best photography. Hiding the price behind an enquiry form is the most common and most expensive mistake in this kind of town.
The nearest comparable work is Charis Aesthetics, an aesthetics clinic — the same constraints Harrogate’s treatment and wellness sector works under: claims that have to be accurate and compliant, a price list people genuinely want to see, and a booking step that does not lose the patient between interest and appointment.
Worth saying plainly rather than hoping you do not ask: I am in Manchester, not Harrogate. There is no local office and this page does not pretend there is one. Two builds in Northern Ireland and one in the Republic of Ireland have run entirely remotely without difficulty, and what you should insist on from any remote supplier is the same list I would insist on — the domain registered in your name, the hosting in your own account, a full working copy of the site if you ever leave, and no exit fee. All four are standard here and they are written down on the pricing page.
And before any website work at all: the Google Business Profile. It is free, it takes an afternoon, and for a local business it decides the map pack that sits above every result a website can win. That is an awkward thing to put on a web designer’s page and it is still the right first move.
The same three numbers as everybody else, published rather than quoted on request: from £500 for the build, from £50 a month for hosting and care, and growth blocks from £250 a month if and when the site should start earning more. No setup fee, no management fee, no percentage of ad spend, and no minimum term on anything.

A nurse-led aesthetic clinic in Rossendale whose Wix site was mostly invisible to Google. We rebuilt it as a fast, compliant Next.js site with 160-plus pages, and built the clinic its own back office for enquiries and before-and-after results, so the practitioner runs the site herself.
Straight answers
In a researching, comparing market like Harrogate, usually yes. The customer is deciding between three suppliers on a phone, and the one that answers the price question is the one that gets the enquiry. Hiding it behind a form is the commonest expensive mistake here.
Not yet, and this page says so rather than implying a local office. I am one person in Manchester. The nearest comparable build is a clinic, Charis Aesthetics.
From £500 for the build and from £50 a month for hosting and care — published, not quoted after a discovery call. Growth blocks from £250 a month if you want them, with no minimum term.
Tell me what you sell, who buys it, and what the current site is not doing. You get a straight reply from Simon — what I would build, what it costs, and what I would do first.
