The same three numbers in every sector. No setup fee, no minimum term.
What a website costsCybrial is a Manchester studio working with a small number of businesses at a time. The published clients are consumer-facing rather than B2B, so this page leads with the market data and with the catalogue discipline that does transfer.
B2B sites fail differently from consumer ones. The buyer is not making an impulse decision, they are building a shortlist over weeks, often on behalf of somebody else who will ask them to justify it. That changes what the site has to do: it has to survive being read carefully and forwarded internally.
The most common structural fault is a product or capability range that exists as a PDF or a flat list rather than as pages. If your range is not individual, crawlable, linkable pages, it is invisible to search and useless to the buyer building a comparison.
The second is a single "Contact us" route for a purchase with a six-month cycle. Buyers at the start of that cycle want a specification, a data sheet or a price band — not a call. A site offering only the last step of the journey collects only the people already at it.
The transferable evidence is the catalogue work. Beds.ie carries more than 17,000 products; the job was structure, product-data enrichment and validation automated at source, and a feed that reports its failures. Between April and August 2026 that took distinct ranking queries from 5,189 to 24,054 — a nearly fivefold rise without five times the content being written, because the pages already existed and the work made them legible.
A manufacturer with 400 product lines has the same problem at a smaller scale, and the same fix applies: one page per thing, structured so a crawler and a buyer can both navigate it, with the specification on the page rather than in a download.
What this page cannot show is a B2B case study, and it says so rather than borrowing one.
The same three numbers as every other page on this site: from £500 for the build, from £50 a month for hosting and care, and growth blocks from £250 a month when you want the site to earn more. No setup fee, no management fee, no percentage of ad spend, no minimum term.
The nearest comparable work
A 17,000-product furniture retailer that was effectively invisible in search. Five months of retainer work on catalogue structure, product data and technical SEO took Beds.ie from under 700 organic clicks a month to nearly 8,000 — and monthly revenue more than tripled over the same period.
Straight answers
Not currently, and this page says so. The transferable work is the 17,000-product catalogue on Beds.ie — structure, product data and feeds — which is the same discipline a technical range needs.
Yes, and it is usually the biggest one. A PDF is invisible to search and awkward for a buyer building a comparison. Individual, crawlable pages per product or capability is the single change that most often moves a B2B site.
Where you can, a band or a starting point beats nothing. Buyers early in a long cycle are qualifying suppliers, and a site that offers only "contact us" collects only the people already at the end of the journey.
Usually more so, not less. A long cycle means several searches per buyer across months, and being present at the research stage is what puts you on the shortlist rather than in the final bid nobody expected to win.
From £500 for the build and £50 a month for hosting and care. A technical catalogue is a bigger job and is quoted after a conversation, because the work is in the product data rather than the design.
